Leanne assists in all laboratory-based operations of the ACE Sequencing Facility within the School as required to ensure efficient operations of the facility. Includes but is not limited to DNA extraction, Illumina DNA and Oxford Nanopore library preps. Reports sample QC data and sequencing results to customers, as needed.
