Australian Academy of Technological Sciences & Engineering’s Elevate: Boosting Women in STEM
The Australian Academy of Technological Sciences & Engineering (ATSE) awards up to 500 scholarships to women and non-binary people in STEM.
In addition to financial support, students will be immersed in, and supported by, an inclusive network of ATSE’s partner organisations and influential leaders, and will be provided with professional development, mentoring, cross-sector networking and industry engagement as part of the program.

Prizes
You don’t need to apply for our School prizes and medals as they are awarded on merit.
We notify prize winners by mail and hold an awards ceremony each May to recognise students who performed outstandingly in the previous year.
SCMB Postgraduate Coursework Prize
Established in 2013 and maintained by an annual donation from the School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences
Eligibility: students who, in the year of the award, have completed the final semester of the MBioinf/MBioinfResEx, MBiotech//MBiotechResEx or MMolBiol/MMolBiolResEx programs.
Criteria: highest cumulative GPA in the MBioinf, MBiotech or MMolBiol programs
Value: $500
